the staff were doing a supreme job trying very hard to please it seemed acceptable.
breakfast was a disaster i ordered poached eggs but only filter coffee was available the eggs took ages to arrive and then were hard boiled the whole experience needs a restaurant manager and another chef.

the hotel offered a warm welcome and efficient service, especially appreciated before my business trip. the staff helped amend my stay and provided a free room upgrade and also arranged a taxi. i want to thank the housekeeping and kitchen teams for a wonderful visit. the location near the airport and the tranquil gardens were additional benefits.
The room had poor soundproofing. I heard every car on the gravel road.

i booked the luxury super king room, and it was amazing! the bathroom was huge and had a roll top bath and double sinks. the shower had great water pressure and black out curtains kept the room dark. plus, the manor and surroundings were gorgeous!
i wanted lattes at breakfast, but only filter coffee was available. this was disappointing because i have had lattes on previous stays. hopefully, they will bring back the lattes!

The hotel restaurant provides breakfast and meals. I saw they have a menu with diverse culinary options. croissants were missing at the buffet, but other than that, i am sure their food is excellent. jam and marmalade should be available there too.

the location near gatwick airport is super convenient, yet you still feel like you're in the countryside. this provides a relaxing atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle. its proximity to the airport makes travel less stressful.
